This new construction home was a blank slate.
The overall project consisted of landscaping, irrigation, grading, lawn preparation and hydroseeding. To address the slope of the front right hill by the house we installed a single layer of Mountain Boulders.
The project also entails an evergreen privacy screen. The homeowners allowed us to use some unique plants that ensured their landscape would really stand out.
We installed a 10' Weeping Alaskan Cedar, 4' Weeping Norway Spruce and a Viridis Japanese Maple as the focal point shrubs. The shrub beds and lawn area were amended with over 60 tons of screened topsoil.
The project was completed in just three very long days with varying numbers of employees per day.
